This spring Trans Europe Halles - a Europe-based network of alternative cultural spaces - is co-organising its 97th Conference in Tartu, Estonia. The Conference is hosted by TEH member centre Aparaaditehas - a popular destination for locals and an important landmark in Estonia's independent arts and culture scene. The theme of this event is 'Art of Survival'!
