Swapcard will be used for session registration and networking. The full programme will be released there too and all participants will receive a link to the app in due course. We will also send instructions for those who haven’t used it before.

TEH offers a limited number of travel grants for its members, with a focus on supporting Hubs. The deadline for applications is 5 April! For any questions, reach out to erika@teh.net.

Finnair has suspended flights between Helsinki and Tartu until the end of May. Please book your flights through the Tallinn airport to be sure. If you have already bought a ticket, Finnair will contact you with further options.

VISA REQUIREMENTS

If you require a visa to enter Estonia, please visit the following website: https://vm.ee/en/who-does-not-need-visa-visit-estonia.

According to the decision of the Republic of Estonia, visas are not issued for participants from Belarus and Russia.

An official Letter of Invitation to obtain a Visa and authorization to attend the TEH 97 Conference event in Tartu, Estonia will be issued ONLY after a completed registration form, hotel booking if necessary and full payment has been received. Letters of Invitation will not be given to parties not registered and paid in full. 
All Letters of Invitation will be issued at the discretion of the event organizers. All expenses incurred concerning the delegate’s attendance at the event are the delegate's sole responsibility, and the event organizers hold no responsibility for the outcome of an individual’s visa application.
In case of visa refusal, we`ll refund the registration fee in the full amount (minus the administration fee of 50€) based on the written proof of visa refusal one month before the event.

Please note: As the summer is a busy time at consulates and embassies, if you require a visa to enter the Schengen zone, please start the process 3 months earlier. Conference participants can apply for a business visa (https://www.schengenvisainfo.com/business-schengen-visa/), which requires an invitation letter from Delegate Services.
